Customer Service

I had a liquid product leak during shipment. I sent an email letting them know to check the caps better. After several emails with the company PRESIDENT I am now going to try several things to get my picky eater to take his supplements. I have been a long time customer and always loved the service, but how often does the President of the company personally deal with the customer service ? Unheard of nowadays. As long as I have a horse I will be a customer. Also I asked that my ReitSport be shipped in 2 10 pound pouches rather than a 20lb pail to reduce waste and they happily obliged. Thank you for being such a helpful, caring company.

In this day and age of constant customer complaints for both products and services, I can do nothing but the absolute opposite for Horse-Tech products and especially the customer attention given to both my horse and myself. How often can you call a company and have the call be answered by the OWNER? Rod and his staff are THE best! My 21-year-old Morgan is doing fantastic with the supplements that we have given to him. We are looking forward to many more years with HorseTech!

AmiQuell was added to my 10 year old Thoroughbred barrel horse's diet at the rate of one-half ounce per day for several weeks. The result was a reduction of his cribbing while eating by what I consider to be 70 percent. His cribbing at the saddling area decreased by 50 percent. Being skeptical not fully believing that the reduction in his cribbing was the result of AmiQuell, I increased his daily supplementation to one ounce. Less than two weeks later, I have not witnessed my horse cribbing at all while eating. His cribbing while at the saddling area decreased as well. I believe my horse's cribbing by whole has lessened by 90 percent, and I have no doubt that it is a direct result of AmiQuell. I would not have believed someone if they told me there was a supplement that would nearly eliminate my horse's cribbing. I am appreciative of the opportunity to see it for myself! I had been using another supplement for nearly the whole loading dose of a month and had not seen any results. I was running out and called around town to get more. I came across a woman at a tack store who told me about HorseTech.com. She was such a fan that I looked up the site and ended-up calling. I had questions and expected to get someone with a script to follow answering them. Instead they gave me the President of the company! He answered everything and talked to me like he had all day to answer my questions. He sent me a large enough sample that in less than a week I see results, which I still had not see with the other supplements. I thought my mare was a picky eater, but she literally licks her bucket clean now. I was so excited about the company just after receiving my product that I mention everything they did for me to my husband. He thinks that HorseTech needs to start a customer service training center for the business world. If every company were as good to their customers as HorseTech, this would indeed be a much better world. Thank you so much HorseTech, after so many bad experiences with customer service in this world, you really give me hope!

I met the people behind HorseTech at the Equine Affaire in Ohio. They gave out HUGE samples (which I thought was very generous) but after using them I realized why; because after I saw how the products work so well and so fast - I bought more. They sent me a sample of "FB" (Fat Boy) which I'm not sure if its for sale yet, but I used it for my skinny horse as she can't keep weight on. In one week, she was a different horse and didn't have the boney back anymore!! They suggested that I keep her on Glanzen to maintain her weight and she looks better than ever! I took her to a barrel race (which I also use Quench for) and everyone wanted to know why she was so well groomed, but little did they know that I had just pulled her from the pasture!

The entire process of ordering, shipping and delivery receipt was an absolute joy--your web site is extremely easy to navigate, and provides more than adequate feedback; I was kept apprised of the status of my order and was notified when it would arrive; and my order arrived when I expected it.
