Love the customer service with this company - call and see for yourself! You can't beat their products - the Glanzen works! I have dealt with a quarter crack for the past two months and then I got the CSR that advised me of this product, so I tried it and her hoof is growing again - thanks to you guys! I am keeping her on it and I'd advise you to try it for yourself. She is looking great and her hoof is on its way back the way it should be. Her hoof will stay healthy as long as I can keep her on this product!!!

Hats off to your product Glanzen 3 that proved to surpass other biotin products we tried on SPS Whoopy, the Hanoverian Show Champion Broodmare who developed foaling laminitis and sinking coffin bones. After an amazing re-rotation of her coffin bones over a year's time, her hoof wall was still somewhat weak. We tried Farrier's Formula that helped somewhat but not enough to make the hoof walls as strong as before all this happened. After discussing your Glanzen 3 product at the Devon Horse Show last fall, we switched, and what a difference since then! Whoopy is almost ready to go without her special shoes and go barefoot. We had just purchased a 3 year-old pony who was in poor condition. He was underweight and had 3/8 inch of old flaky skin, dry hooves and horrible dead coat. I called needing help. . . We run a non-profit horse rescue in Belvidere, IL where we use rescued and rehabilitated horses to help kids from probation and parole, kids in foster care, and kids with behavior problems. Sometimes, the horses we get are severely malnourished and sick. We received a sample of Glänzen 3 at the IL Horse Fest and used it with a badly neglected horse who had a severe untreated case of founder. The results were nothing short of miraculous! The swelling in her legs is almost completely healed. She has gained weight and her coat is glossy and healthy. I wish we could afford to give this product to all of our horses!!!

I just have to share how impressed I am with the results of using Glänzen, almost immediately, with 2 horses who came to me with poor coats. The first was a 3 year old QH gelding from a PMU farm in Minnesota. He arrived in the Spring with a long winter coat and very dry skin. When he began to shed the long coat, he had bald patches due to the radical change in humidity and climate from Minnesota Southern California. I began using Glänzen with a little bit of corn oil. Not only did the terrible dandruff and bald patches go away, but his new coat was soft, silky, shiny and dappled! People constantly confused him for a different horse! Even under a coating of dust from rolling he still gleamed as if I had polished him. Quickly everyone noticed a significant difference in his hoof wall and rapid hoof growth. His sunburned coat also shed out to a rich, gleaming dark bay. I sold this gelding recently and his new owner started him on Glänzen immediately.

The second horse (a 3 year old Morgan filly) I brought in from pasture only 2 weeks ago. She had terrible fly bites from cattle flies. She had patches of missing hair and itched constantly. Her face had bald patches from the reaction to the flies, which were biting her face raw. Within a week she was much shinier. Now, 2 weeks later (and only on 4 ounces a day), her coat is soft, silky and her skin feels supple. Her hair has all grown in and she, too, gleams even when dusty. Her eyes are bright and she is not itchy. Various scrapes from pasture life have healed with quick new hair growth.

It is truly amazing. I've been using various flax-based supplements for the past 2 years but never experienced such quick and radical results. I know if the horses look this good, they must feel just incredible. By the way, both horses quickly adjusted to a busy urban barn and I can't help but think the vitamin B is playing a role. Good job folks. I've got 2 more friends' horses on Glanzen already and learned about if from a gal at my barn! Oh, good price, too.

I have to post a thank-you for the makers of this great product! I have a Thoroughbred mare with skin allergies, and a very thin coat, which makes it tough to keep her LOOKING healthy, even when she is. I tried several coat supplements with little results, and then a friend suggested trying Glänzen 3, and I have not been sorry. She looks absolutely stunning, a dark, shiny, dappled bay ... and she actually has grown a mane and tail!! If I were to give your product a rating on the scale you presented -- it would be 6 starts on a scale with 5 stars being the highest rating I just wanted to drop you a line about your product. I ordered it with hopes it might help my precious horse with his problematic hooves. My vet prevented me from purchasing this horse for two months because of the state of his hooves but finally gave his approval after he believed he saw enough improvement. My farrier actually cried when she first saw his hooves and could not wait to work on them in hopes of helping the poor horse. After about 7 months of her work every 5 to 6 weeks, his hooves were improving but still seriously impaired. I tried Glänzen to try to help him continue to improve. My farrier assured me she had not really ever seen any supplement make much of an impact but I could certainly try. After two months, I was not sure if the supplement actually made any difference so I was considering stopping it or switching to another. This company and their product is amazing!! We have three horses; 2 mares ages 10 & 12 and a 14 year old gelding. My QH mare was in good shape, but a couple of weeks after the Glänzen, she was AWESOME! She is a deep, dappled bay, with a shine that would knock ya down! My leopard appaloosa mare was the same, good average condition and then her hooves started to crack and chip come spring. She has had truly amazing results. She has a lot of white but she just out glows the rest and her hooves are past being on the mend. They are looking great, already, after only a month. When our Buckskin gelding came to us he was very, very thin with a dull coat. He is already shining, too. And, the Glänzen, we believe, has helped him to gain his weight easier. I just wanted to say I am absolutely amazed and completely satisfied with the results of Glänzen 3! I have two horses that have been on Glänzen 3 for about 4 months now. We just recently pulled their shoes to see how they would do barefoot. Everyone we show them to has been amazed! I am so impressed with your wonderful product, Glänzen 3.
My daughter brought home a wonderful TB to event on last spring. Within a month he had thrown his two front shoes and ripped off significant amounts of hoof wall along with them. This has been a long slow process to grow back his hooves, but since I started him on Glänzen 3 there is a noticeable difference in his hooves. There is actually a line on his hoof where we started feeding the Glänzen 3, and all the hoof above this line is so much stronger and thicker it is amazing. I know that by keeping him on this product we will be able to keep him sound and healthy. As an extra added benefit, even his winter coat is dappled with good health. Thank you for making this great product. The heartbreak of not being able to use the horse this summer will be made up ten fold by having a horse with stronger, healthier hooves.

No finer product available on the market. We've tried numerous ones. I'm just thankful my vet knew about it to tell me. I was skeptical...thought it was just another supplement on the market
I won a bag of the Glänzen at a horse fest in Ottawa Illinois. I was skeptical of this product and thought it was just another supplement on the market--that was until I started to feed it to my mares. Glänzen is Truly an Answer to a Prayer...
My Icelandics were experiencing a sensitivity to the insects in New England as well as the humid conditions. They were rubbing their manes as well as the hair off of their necks and faces. The skin in these areas was becoming thick and crusty. I tried Glänzen 3 at the recommendation of a friend, and I also talked with HorseTech. They said I would see a difference in the horses in a short time. Within three weeks the hair was growing back on their necks, the skin is smooth and soft, and their manes are coming back quickly and looking even thicker than before!!! I Had Tried Everything...

I have noticed and "attitude adjustment"
Since having my horse on Glänzen for about three weeks now, I have noticed and "attitude adjustment". He seems very happy and willing! I took him to his first show a week ago and he was perfect! Even won an under saddle class. This is a T.B. gelding that used to play polo and was a stress case! I never thought I could put him in a hack class. Coincidence or...! Thank you!

I'd like to find something like it for me!
Glänzen is about the best thing that happened to my mare. She has allergies, she coughs due to dust. The flax in Glänzen stops the cough cold.

Until Glänzen, my mare needed shoes--hoof cracks, hoof breakdown. She is a hunter and jumped on a regular basis. I can't believe the change in her hoof! Rock solid!! I prefer not to shoe my mare. She has been "hot nailed" in the past and developed an abscess. With a poor hoof wall, you face either putting shoes on the horse and having problems from the shoes, contracted heels, abscesses etc.. Without shoes and a poor hoof wall, the horse's underlying structure of the hoof is affected.

It's funny, I put a hoof conditioner on about twice per week, I prefer a particular type. The main ingredient is linseed oil-which is what Flax is. Finally, I found a site on the internet from Canada. The Canadians are investigating Flaxseed, not only for horses but for humans as well. Frankly, after seeing the effects of Glänzen on my mare, I'd like to find something like it for me.

Winter Coat Dapples...!
Wow, where do you begin to say how wonderful a product like Glänzen is? We have Friesians and it is so important to us that they have a beautiful shiny coat and nice healthy manes and tails. We put them on Glänzen a year ago and I can hardly believe the growth of their manes and the shine to their coats is unbelievable! When they shed out in the spring they actually look wet. I catch myself feeling their coats thinking they are sweaty! This is just how shiny they have become. Even their winter coats show dapples.

When I call to order the customer service is just as incredible as their products. Rod is the greatest and this is the best company and product I've ever had any dealings with. I would highly recommend them and Glänzen to everyone!

Even with the proof in front of me I was skeptical...!
I can't say enough about HorseTech and Glänzen with only a thousand words! My horse was on it for a year, resulting in a healthy coat, fabulous feet, and better weight retention in stressful situations....but even with the proof in front of me I was always skeptical that it was *just* the supplement.

When I moved my horse to a new barn I didn't start on the Glänzen right away again and the changes that occurred were immediate and obvious. His feet stopped growing (okay, that might be a little bit of an exaggeration, but his feet took TWELVE WEEKS to grow the same length that it had taken them to grow in six-eight previously, and it wasn't a result of the time of year), and his coat lost a lot of its luster. I finally got around to ordering Glänzen again and within two weeks his coat was back to its former glow and though it's too early to see the affect on his feet I'm confident that they will return to their original strength and growth shortly.

On to the next best thing, the service is as good as the product! In my few dealings with customer service I have been treated as though I was their only customer (try finding that at another online store!), and each bucket of Glänzen (which is delivered amazingly fast!) is sent with hand written notes of thanks.

As a side note, on a hint from another reviewer I may start my dogs on a teaspoon of the supplement a day as well. Thanks HorseTech!

For the Dog Too...???
My Doberman suffers from terrible dandruff and dullness of the coat during the cold winter months. A friend suggested that I try the Glänzen that she feeds to her horses...in a much smaller amount...about 1 teaspoon per day. In about three weeks the flaking was gone, he has a glossy shine and his fur is silky soft to the touch. Great Product!!!

Glänzen 3 -- Truth in Advertising. I recently saw an ad for the Glänzen 3 product that stated something about putting your horse on this product and in two weeks everyone will be asking what your horse is on. That is exactly what happened to me. After only a couple weeks on Glänzen, lots of people asked me what I put my horse on. Her coat was beautiful, shiny with lots of dapples. Gladly I told them all about the product. I have seen 3 more people at my barn with the product outside of their stalls. I am hoping it works just as good on her hoofs - too early to tell just yet.

They look to positively be "in bloom"...

75 Miles Just Like a Walk in the Park...
Last year I was cruising the web to find some glucosamine product information and came across this site - started using IsoFlex-GL. Was so impressed with the product and the service that suggested it to other folks at the barn - now they are all using it. This year I needed to add some iron to my mare's diet when we did a pre-season (endurance riding) blood work up and horsetech suggested we go to Glänzen and add iron to the product -- what a difference in a very short while -- my room mate was so impressed with Janey's coat and how she 'blossomed' after using it for a short period of time that she too is now using Glänzen for her 3 horses. We just finished an endurance race this past weekend and numerous folks complimented on how healthy we looked plus could not get over how relaxed Janey was before, during and after the ride which is when most horses are so stressed from all the adrenalin of a race she just took it all in stride - allowing us to complete our 75 miles like we had just gone for a walk in the park! I have to tell you that everything that you claim about Glänzen is sooo true! I began using Glänzen on my Hannoverian yearling about two months ago and now that his winter coat has shed he looks like a million dollars! Changes in attitude...!!!
Last year I purchased a Morgan mare from auction. She was in poor physical condition and had an anger management problem. My sister made the statement "that's a really ugly horse". Riding her was like riding a bouncing ball so she was named "Cricket". She refused to stand still, paced her paddock continuously and hated to be groomed. Within ten minutes of hitting the trail she would be drenched in sweat (literally dripping) and would explode in a temper outburst. She both bit and kicked. I just knew a little work and a lot of love would bring her around but six months later I realized why she had been taken to auction as she was still a bucket of nuts. The owner of the stable where I kept her made the statement that my horse was a liability accident waiting to happen. In fact she told several people that my horse was crazy and I was crazy for keeping her. I began to believe that Cricket was mentally unsound. I knew that if she went back to auction she would end up on a feedlot. I thought about putting her down before someone got hurt but I wanted to give her every chance I could.

I got on the net and came across HorseTech. It seemed Cricket needed everything so I chose Glänzen and ordered a bucket. Cricket is now a completely different horse. Her coat is a silky smooth, deep chocolate chestnut with an absolutely incredible shine. She is calm, fearless and sensible on the trail. She will stand quietly to be groomed and saddled. She has endless energy and can go forever on the trail without breaking a sweat or losing her temper. A friend was amazed at the change and said Cricket was quite a majestic looking mare. I've tried both BioFlax and Nutra-Flax on my Icelandic gelding. Glänzen far and away brought out a healthier and shinier coat than either of the other two products. This stuff is amazing. It is the middle of shedding season and his coat is still glossy and soft while my friend's Iceys are looking more scruffy. We were at the Greater Northwest Equine Expo this last weekend and people were continually making comparisons. I gave out your website address many times over. The vet doing his health certificate told me, "You don't really need a certificate, he's the picture of health."

I've had to increase the frequency in which I trim his tail to every other month. His tail, which looked ragged when I bought him 1 1/2 years ago, has a lot of new growth and his forelock is finally past his eyes! I can't rave about Glänzen enough. Oh, and my toddler loves finding the cookies packed in the box when the new orders arrive. Thanks a million.

"Best coat in the barn..."
I have been using Glänzen since September 2000. When I got my horse, he was an awful-looking, sun-faded reddish-brown. He was supposed to be black and his coat was in really bad condition. After using Glänzen for one month, the change was unbelievable. My fellow boarders could not believe the difference in Sundance's coat!! He is now the most gorgeous glossy black and I know it is due to Glänzen!! He has, without a doubt, the "best coat in the barn" and now others are wanting to know my secret! I tried a sample of Glänzen that you sent me when I had ordered some BioFlax 20. I then ordered an 8 lb. bucket of the Glänzen. My horse has had a problem

For the first time since I bought her 3 1/2 years ago she is growing hair and her skin is softening up. Two years ago she lost the hair on the lower half of her face. She is re-growing that hair on her face again. I think the Glänzen is a wonderful product. Thank you!!!!

Glänzen Lite

Glanzen Lite has been an excellent product for me with great rewards! My horses have the best hair coat and feet they have ever had. My farrier has commented on how well my horses feet grow and how strong they are. Also, I have had many comments on how well my horses hair coats are. Many people have thought that I have kept blankets on. Truth be told I live in MN, my horses are pasture horses and never have blankets on! At the futurity this Fall, my show horse looked like horses that were kept in barns. I also have noticed a huge difference in my horses' attitudes. They are more relaxed and haul better to shows. I suggest Glanzen Lite to anyone looking for a supplement product for the horses who don't need all that joint support yet and are easy keepers. All of my horses are on this product and they range from weanlings to nine years of age. Best of all, you get prompt delivery and cookies in your package.

I just wanted to let you know how well your Glanzen Lite has worked for our horse. Madison Blues is a stunning chestnut 17h Irish TB with four white stockings. The only problem is that he had flat brittle feet. He was constantly foot sore and would not hold shoes. I tried every high-end foot supplement on the market and nothing worked. I put him on Glanzen Lite, a month and a half later, his feed showed noticeable improvement. My farrier was stunned!!! He pointed out that his feet are no longer flat soled but nicely cupped. He asked me what I was using!! Thanks, this product is wonderful!

I have been using Glänzen-Lite for 4 months now and I am VERY happy with the product! My horses' coats are gleaming in even their winter woolies! Their hooves are growing out stronger and faster with no superficial cracking we were seeing before. My Appaloosa mare has calmed down a bit from the B-Complex and really loves the taste of the supplement. My other mare was a little harder to convince about this new feed, but she now licks her bowl. I have a 23 year old Quarter Horse that I love dearly and only want the best for. I have given him separate supplements for his coat, hooves and mainly, joints. It was getting way too expensive. I searched through many different combination supplements to find something that would offer as much as his individual supplements would. Glänzen-GL, by far, offers higher amounts of quality ingredients than my individual supplements did and at a cheaper price.
