Nutra-Flax

I started using this product after my Thoroughbred was diagnosed with EPM in 2004. Due to the poor condition of his coat/hooves from daily meds which he was on for six months, my vet suggested flax. It didn't take very long for the "bloom" to return to his coat, about 2 months. Now his coat always looks like he just had a bath - bright, shiny and healthy! I swear by this product and highly recommend it for horses with dull coats or ones that have been immuno-suppressed or compromised by illness or disease.

My vet recommended Nutra-Flax for my Haflinger and my Icelandic mares who were not shedding out properly and were very itchy all the time. I gave each mare 2 ounces per day for less than three weeks and their coats are VERY improved. They have shed out, are shiny, but best of all, are no longer itching. Further, the Icelandic who is very fussy about her food, refusing to eat most of the time if there is anything added, really likes the Nutra-Flax!

I've been taking flaxseed oil gel tabs for years as a supplement for omega-3's. When I read about people giving flaxseed to their horses I began doing the research. Not only was HorseTech very informative - the service was superb. I am so amazed with the results that my horses have shown over the past month - a huge improvement in their coat texture and the frequent "eliminations" not being so messy. Also, my stallion has stopped rubbing his rump and the tail hairs are growing back. Wish I could send you a photo - as he is gorgeous again. I get so many compliments on him every day - it makes me proud to ride through the neighborhood and show him off!!! I found out about HorseTech on the Chronicle of The Horse BB. Bought the largest bag, and haven't looked back. This product is awesome. My horses eat it and my Jack Russell's eat it. The Gift Horse, here in Woodinville had the Glänzen, but now they also carry the Nutra-Flax and I know at least one of the owners uses it on her horses after I gave her a few weeks supply of mine. You have a huge following from the COTH. Can't wait to try the new Hylon. My horse Elliot gets the TriFlex through SmartPak. I cannot imagine any of your products being anything short of the BEST!!! Keep up the great Customer Service and constant updating of products.

Nutra-Flax has proven to be a wonderful addition to my horse's feed. His coat is shinier than ever and I believe that it makes his feed more palatable with his other supplements. HorseTech was very helpful in providing info about the process of making the milled flax and its shelf life (it has more longevity than I thought). We started using Nutra-Flax to help with one of our horses with allergies and another with arthritis. I cannot believe the difference this has made. During the Spring, Russell doesn't cough like he used to and Scout doesn't appear to be bothered by arthritis. our Vet is extremely pleased with the difference the Nutra-Flax has made. She has even started recommending this product to others. I think that says a lot!!

Although my horse's coat is usually healthy and shiny looking, I thought I would try Nutra-Flax because of additional benefits. To my surprise, his dandruff has totally disappeared!!! So now his coat is even richer looking. It evidently tastes good....it is all gone from his feeder.

I have a dog and a horse that itch like crazy!! The dog rolls and howls and has to be kept on medication for it and it still hasn't solved it. For three years I have been spending a lot of money buying products that might help my horse and dogs' dry skin and itch. Nothing had worked for me until I read the article from John Lyons on the Nutra-Flax formula for skin problems. My horse is not a tail rubber but just itchy everywhere. I know I would hate to feel itchy everywhere all the time so I don't expect my animals to deal with it either. Well about two weeks after giving the Nutra Flax to my horses and dog neither of them seem to have ever had the itches!! I forgot to reorder on time and so they went off for a couple of weeks and the itching started again, so I know this is the product for US!!

From my first phone call to the shine on my horse after the first week that he was on Nutra Flax, I have been nothing less than impressed with the product and the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff at Horse Tech. I am naturally a skeptic about nutritional supplements, but I was tired of treating my horse with prednisone for his recurring rashes and was ready to try something to treat his dry skin problems. Topical creams and shampoos were useless. I fully intended to take a before and after picture to be objective. However I had no film and couldn't wait to try this stuff because it smelled so good and the Horse Journal article was so positive. I had my results begin to show within 5 days- I really couldn't believe he could look that much better that quickly! I had been using corn oil( obviously without results) as well as manna and Strongid C daily with his oats. I was so pleased I started putting 2 Tbsp. of flax in a glass of milk for me at bedtime. We're both much better for it. I have a new farrier so it's hard to tell what he thinks about the hooves, but this has been a month-long drought with temps over 100 daily and his feet look good. We thank you and just bought 40 lbs. more of the Nutra-Flax and the service is impeccable.

I tried Nutra-Flax because my horse had a lot of dandruff on her tail and rubbed it often. Not only did it (Nutra-Flax) work on her tail, it gave her a new attitude. She is so much calmer and braver it's unbelievable. She's not afraid of ground poles and did some grid work willingly, and we even went on a trail ride alone with no balking or spooking. Plus, there was very little reaction to the tick bite she got on the trail ride. She usually gets super swollen and weepy for about a week. Sure wish I'd discovered this product a long time ago!

Photo Finish

My Horses love the Photo Finish. They eat it without flavoring it in any way. HorseTech also helped me with a custom mix to enhance their coats and hooves while adding extra nutrients that were needed. The results are wonderful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best performance/condition for their horses.

Pro-Lactic DFM

My mare Pop either eats too fast, or too much and would develops a gas colic. We where unable to allow her access to round bales of hay, she "colicked" on them. I had spent nights and days sick with worry, not to mention the expensive vet bills. Then along came Pro-Lactic DFM. The product itself was recommended by John Lyons Perfect Horse-that's how I found it. The results have been unbelievable. My mare-Pop-sits at a round bale stuffing her face, or eats hay too fast in her stall-and nothing happens. Pop's very special to me and to my family-there is no replacing a horse that you have trained and that can do everything you could ask. Thanks to Pro-Lactic DFM-Pop's colic days are over-she's healthy, happy and fit.

Muck Boots/Shoes

My muck boots were a gift for Christmas last year and they are still on my feet almost everyday a year later. Without my muck boots and my wheelbarrow, I don't think I could do my job! My feet are toasty and dry in the cold and comfortable and dry in the heat. I think I only quit wearing them for a few weeks in August last year. Thanks for such a great product and such fabulous customer service!

What a truly wonderful experience I've had dealing with your company! I received a pair of muck shoes as a gift from my daughters. I had to return them for a different size and the service couldn't have been better. If the shoes work out as well as your service, I might have to take up raising horses so that I can use more of your services. My new shoes feel and fit great. I can't wait to use them in my garden!

I ordered the Brit Riding boots and the Muck Edgewater Camp shoes and received them in two days! There were a little big, called customer service and they shipped out a smaller size that day. Received them in two days along with a UPS postage paid ticket to send the other ones back to HorseTech. I was very impressed with the service, the timely manner I received both orders, not to mention the free shipping and chocolate chip cookies! I will definitely tell all my horse buddies about HorseTech! By the way, the Brit Riding boots and the Muck Edgewater Camp Shoes are great - I love them!

I've had my Muck Shoes for over two years now and I wear them everyday while doing my barn and lawn chores. I leave them on the back porch and slip them on and off easily. They are comfortable and still look like brand new. You can clean them up with a hose.

Boy do I love my Muck Boots! They are everything that you could want in a boot. Incredibly warm in snow and ice, dry in the rain and mud. Easy to keep looking neat and clean. I just received your package containing the Muck Boots that I ordered a few days ago...my Wal-Mart boots cracked after about 3 weeks and were slippery as ice skates in the snow...I fell a few times...I broke open this carton and put on these boots and could not believe how comfortable they were. I wore them down to the barn for the first time, walking through about a foot (no pun intended) of freshly fallen wet, heavy, New England snow, and did not slip a bit. They actually were so comfortable that they felt like a went down to the barn in my socks...without the cold and wet! They also feel very well reinforced in the top toe and heel areas. I am very happy with them!

Pre-Ox

AmiQuell

I saw the customer review on the AmiQuell and cribbing, and decided to call and get more information on it. The customer representative promised to send me information on this new product in the mail. Not only did she send product information, but sent a 2 week sample to try as well. I probably would not have purchased this without trying it, but I can say it has made our pony-cross more settled and has decreased his cribbing after eating by 90% or more. He rarely, if ever, cribs in the pasture anymore. We ran out a week ago, and kind of forgot how bad he used to be..I am online now to order more!

AmiQuell was added to my 10 year old Thoroughbred barrel horse's diet at the rate of one-half ounce per day for several weeks. The result was a reduction of his cribbing while eating by what I consider to be 70 percent. His cribbing at the saddling area decreased by 50 percent. Being skeptical not fully believing that the reduction in his cribbing was the result of AmiQuell, I increased his daily supplementation to one ounce. Less than two weeks later, I have not witnessed my horse cribbing at all while eating. His cribbing while at the saddling area decreased as well. I believe my horse's cribbing by whole has lessened by 90 percent, and I have no doubt that it is a direct result of AmiQuell. I would not have believed someone if they told me there was a supplement that would nearly eliminate my horse's cribbing. I am appreciative of the opportunity to see it for myself!
