I have a 27-year-old mare with very bad arthritic
hind legs...fetlocks and hocks from probable early injuries (based on the scars
and scar tissue). The farrier has to be very careful with her and he is. She is
on her 2nd bucket of ReitSport and recently she has been cantering around the
pasture on her own - even kicking up her heels, so I know she feels pretty good,
she moves with much more energy and purpose we don't ride her of course she is a
companion for the big guy. Thank you for making her
feel better - she is a fine old gal and we want her to feel as good
as possible! Also her coat has improved she is an appaloosa (a red head) mane
and tail are filling out and her belly has hair so overall she is looking and
feeling very well.
I am really amazed at the results from feeding
Reitsport to my four Quarter horses, including a 20-year-old and a 21-year-old.
They all look great! Their hair coat and hooves are so
healthy! It's so much easier to feed one supplement! I was previously
feeding a hoof supplement, a probiotic, and a joint supplement, and none
of them worked as well as the Reitsport! Thanks for an
exceptional product and for such great customer service!
I own a quarter horse and an appendix quarter horse.
Both are great horses but both had some of the worst feet my farrier had ever
seen. They have now been on ReitSport for over a year and
my farrier can't believe the difference. We
don't lose shoes, their soles are nice and flaky, and they are the picture of
equine health.
I just bought ReitSport...This is a GREAT product! I
have seen results already! He has only been on it 3 days! I now have the ease of

Upon researching your product at the Dressage at
Devon booth, we began using ReitSport C in our Smartpaks. Your product has
produced noticeable results in our older competition horses, those with poor
hoof quality and young growing horses. Our seasoned competitors are benefiting
from the glucosamine/chondroitin/msm for their suppleness, as well as
maintaining an excellent shine and hoof quality from the Glanzen ingredients. We
purchased a 3-year-old who had been turned out 24/7 in the Florida sun. He was
sun-bleached and had most of his tail eaten by his pasture mates.
Within 4 months on your product, he regained a fantastic
hair quality and healthy hooves. We are very pleased, and have
recommended the product to our clients. Please keep up
the good quality! One suggestion: to improve the "completeness" of
your product, could you offer a ReitSport that adds Selenium to the mix for
those of us in deficient areas. Thank you!
My horse has been on ReitSport for about a year and
a half now, and he looks great! His coat is super
shiny, his hooves are strong, and I like knowing that his young
joints are being protected by the Glucosamine and Chondroitin in ReitSport.
Additionally, the Vitamin C and MSM have helped to
significantly diminish his seasonal allergies.
I was very impressed by your rep at the Equine
Affaire. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The 5 lb. sample was a great
idea -- it definitely sold me! I see a DRASTIC improvement

days or better before deciding whether excellent service was all that was

We were one of the few brave enough to pack and
carry a generous sample of ReitSport in our luggage on the return trip from the
USDF Convention last year. I gave the sample to the person who is riding one of
our Oldenburg mares that was too spectacular under saddle to keep in the
breeding pastures. The rider and mare really noticed the difference and I have
not been allowed, since, to let the supply of ReitSport run low. We congratulate
Fatima and her rider Erina for being 1st in New England Dressage Year End Awards
at first level and for being 9th (we think) in the nation for USDF Horse of the
Year (open division) at first level. We give much
credit to Erina, Fatima and ReitSport for this wonderful accomplishment!!!
Great coat product, it took only 1 month for my
horses coat to come back from a bleached summer coat to a shiny dark bay again.
Too bad it made my horse hot, but I enjoyed the service, quality, and short ship
time, so I will try another Horsetech product. HorseTech Suggestion: If the 4 oz of flax provided in a 6 oz serving of ReitSport offers "too much energy" you may want to try our "Lite" version. (Additional comments in the ReitSport-Lite section)
After about 2 months on ReitSport, I began to notice
a HUGE change in my horse - his coat absolutely gleamed - when people pet him
they always commented on how slick and soft his coat felt - judges invariably
commented on how well conditioned he appeared. Obviously, good care and lots of
hard work played a part, but there was definitely something there that wasn't
before I started using ReitSport. Unfortunately, my horse is a picky eater -
he'll only eat ReitSport if I "glue" it to his grain so he has no choice - and
he won't eat it at all when he's on turnout (late spring, summer, and early
fall) - he'll just take someone else's bucket. I've had to switch to a gel
supplement that I can give him with a dose syringe, and unfortunately I can
really see the change. I plan to go back to ReitSport when he's back on stall
board. Thanks for this great product!
This product is fabulous!
It really works! It really made a big difference in my horse's attitude and movement.
What a fantastic product. Free sample at the USDF convention. Another
supplement - yea right. But, I took it home and wanted to try again on a
terrific, 24 y/o QH gelding, retired from a life of barrel racing, etc. "Uncle
Bear" has tried all the other supplements for joint pain. No other product made
a difference. This one did the trick. He has even been seen kicking up his heels
now! What a fantastic product. Also, within one month his coat has developed a
wonderful shine that had not been there in 5 years! Uncle Bear & I thank you. For the past year, I had been treating Peanut (my 10 yr old gelding) for a very severe hoof infection. During this time, Peanut would have good days and bad days. All of us thought his lameness issues were due to his hoof problem. To make a long story short, we found out the real problem when I took him to an equine hospital for a lameness evaluation. He has large bone spurs and cysts on the navicular bones. He received cortisone injections in both coffin bone joints and was placed on bute. Although Peanut was already on Glanzen GL Light, I decided to check your web site for any additional products that could help him. THANK YOU for your suggestion to place Peanut on ReitSport Light HA 100 (Custom ReitSport w/100 mg Hyaluronic Acid). He's been on it for about 3 weeks now. The vet was out yesterday for Peanut's monthly chiropractor appointment and noticed a huge improvement since his last appointment 4 weeks earlier. There was absolutely no heat or swelling in his front feet. My vet thought Peanut was still getting the bute, but was surprised to hear that I stopped the bute 3 weeks ago when I started the new supplement. Peanut is sooooooo much happier, and so is his "queen" Hannah, who is glad to have the old Peanut back!
A word about price. Some of my fellow horse owners
think I spend too much money on supplements for my horses. But they're not just
my horses, they're my kids. Besides, if you put it into perspective, the
difference between the Glanzen GL Light and the ReitSport Light HA 100 is about
1 bottle of pop a day. I can easily give up that one bottle of pop to give
Peanut a happier and healthier life - it's my job as a Horse Mom!
I don't ever seem to notice a difference with
supplements. But I have with this one. My horses have continued to have shiny
coats etc from previous HorseTech products and in
addition they seem calmer and one seems to have a lot less (how shall I put this
:) nervous bowel incidents! After getting a free sample of
Glänzen-GL at Equine Affaire, I purchased the ReitSport product because of the
added joint protection. It is amazing! The shine on his coat gets us
compliments everywhere we go--not to mention how much easier it is to keep him
clean! And his hoof growth has improved as well. ReitSport LiteHorseTech shipped me a 5 lb. bag of
ReitSport Lite and ReitSport HA100 (molasses/anise flavor) after meeting at the
Equine Affaire in Springfield. Thank you for your generosity. To refresh your
memory, the reason for this gesture was because my horse was leaving a lot of
his Glanzen-GL at the bottom of his bucket. I really appreciate the opportunity
to try both of these and, after having tried both of them, the
ReitSport Lite is the winner. Even with the
molasses/anise flavors, he was still leaving supplement at the bottom of
his bucket, though with ReitSport Lite there was no residue. Thank goodness! The
goal now is to be able to include ReitSport Lite in his SmartPak. How can we do
this? I love this product! HorseTech's "Lite" product versions are often the right choice for picky eaters (in addition to lighter breeds and easy keepers). With their smaller serving size and reduced trace mineral levels the Lite products will often appeal to a horse that has shown hesitancy to consume one of our standard formulations. Keep in mind that HorseTech can add a flavoring as well -- if needed. All HorseTech products are guaranteed and, as you can see from these comments, we are eager to work with our clients to find a product that will work well for your horse. Makes! Awesome product! I have used (HorseTech) products
with great results for a while now and recently tried the ReitSport. My picky
thoroughbred wasn't eating all of the 6 ounce serving so I called to ask what I
could do and they offered to add peppermint sweetener and make a custom blend of
Reitsport Lite with the Hyaluronic Acid, so I only fed 2 ounces in morning and 2
ounces at night mixed with his grain and it did the trick. Now my horse has been
on it for 2 months and, even though I didn't think he needed the joint
supplements as he has had no previous injuries and is 8, I was surprised at his
stride length change. Everybody has noticed and asked if I got a different
saddle because he is acting like a dressage pro. I say "No" and tell them all
about the supplement he's been on. Our temperatures have dropped to 10 degrees
sometimes this winter and he used to get shaggy and not look as nice as in the
summer, but he looks great right now. He is so shiny and I can't even imagine
how he'll look in the summer because he looks so good right now. I am very happy
with the product and with (HorseTech's) devotion to making my horse happy and
eat his supplements, and for that (Horsetech) has a customer for life. Thanks
HorseTech!!! I have a 16 year old App. that was
apparently ridden hard in the years before I bought him. Recently it became very
hard for him to get up in the morning because his knees were in such bad shape.
Sometimes we even fed him while he was laying down. It was also very hard for
him to walk. I ordered Reitsport Lite and within a month he is doing great. I
even saw him kicking up his heels on the way in from the field the other day.
Thank you HorseTech and Rod for being so much help. I am a believer! I started with Glänzen
Lite but moved into ReitSport Lite (for the Glucosomine, etc). My horse (a grey)
looks great - her coat is so shiny (hard to pick up with a grey), her feet hard
as a rock and she's sound! The best part, she'll actually eat it! She is a VERY
finicky eater but Rod convinced me (way back when) to try a sample he was giving
out at the Equine Affaire. I thought there would be no way! But she actually
LICKED my hand clean with her first taste. Keep up the tremendous work! ReitSport HA-100My horse has made such a transformation since he
started taking ReitSport HA-100 seven months ago!!! His coat glows, his feet are
now in great shape (used to have horrible, brittle feet with heels
peeling)...But most of all, his body condition has improved so
much!! He used to be such a hard-keeper and it used to be so hard to put a
topline on him. Now,
I
get constant compliments on his body condition and his coat!!! In this day and age of constant customer
complaints for both products and services, I can do nothing but the absolute
opposite for Horse-Tech products and especially the customer attention given to
both my horse and myself. How often can you call a company and have the call be
answered by the OWNER? Rod and his staff are THE best!
My 21-year-old Morgan is doing fantastic with the supplements that we have given
to him. We are looking forward to many more years with
HorseTech! This is a GREAT
supplement!! My mare has been lame for 2 years in one of her front leg joints.
The only way to keep her sound was to have the vet inject her joint with
hyaluronic acid and then, she would only be sound for two weeks. I put her on
ReitSport HA-100 about 5 weeks ago and I rode her for the first time in two
years three nights ago and she was sound!! She obviously feels much better than
she has in a long time. You should see her jump and play in the pasture now!

He moves better than ever and his attitude in his work has
improved greatly since he has been on your product! We really
appreciate your products! I have had my 16-year-old FEI schoolmaster on
ReitSport for about 18 months. This year, I switched him to the ReitSport
HA-100. These products have been fabulous! He has a
wonderful coat and weight. His hooves used to be brittle and thin.
Now they are strong as can be. Most importantly, he has been sound and limber
and is back in the FEI show ring at I-1 after a few years at the lower levels.
He has earned the FEI Highpoint Championship at his last four shows. To top it
off, one of the prizes he received at the last show was a month supply of
ReitSport HA-100. Perfect! Thank you for keeping my boy
happy, sound, and in the ribbons! I was feeding ReitSport to my 15 year-old
gelding and he looked great, but he is very stiff and old. I went to the Equine
Affaire in Pomona and spoke to your representative about HA for more help with
his flexion problems. He recommended ReitSport HA 100 and gave me a sample.
After feeding it for two weeks, I'm riding in a lesson with my instructor and
she says, "Your horse looks great and really sound!
Did you 'bute him?" Well, that was enough testimonial for me! I never use 'bute".
