A "Heavier" Built Shoe...
The Materials used to construct the Edgewater camp
shoe are similar to those used in the original Muck shoe--just more of
it! You'll see that there's more rubber in the instep, heel and
toe areas. This, plus the additional breathable liners, add a
bit more heft to the Edgewater Camp Shoe. How much more...?
We'll, we threw a women's size eight on the scale and found that the
Edgewater Camp Shoe weighed in at about 100 grams more than the
Original Muck Shoe (about 4 ounces per shoe).

A Better Choice for Men...?
The men in our office tended to
prefer the feel of the Edgewater Camp Shoe to the Original Muck
Shoe--especially the big guys. That doesn't mean that women
won't find them to be comfortable--just that the guys seemed to
appreciate the additional "heft" and/or support in the
instep--simply a bit more substantial.

Sizing
Muck Shoes are made to
standard US sizes for men and women (unisex sizing) and are
available in whole sizes only. These shoes will stretch to fit those with wider
feet.
HorseTech currently offers the

Available Sizes : M4/W5, M5/W6, M6/W7, M7/W8, M8/W9,
M9/W10, M10/W11, M11/W12, M12/W13
Muck shoes are available in
whole sizes only. If you normally wear a "half size"
please purchase the next highest whole size. For example, if you
normally wear an 8½, please select a size 9.
Sizes will closely
approximate those of your athletic shoes. Don't worry, if you happen
to choose the wrong size, send them right back to us for an exchange!
Easy Cleaning & Repair!
The natural-rubber shell and
nylon upper are very durable and clean up easily with a spray of water
and/or a gentle scrubbing with soap and water. We
know that some people simply take out the removable insole and throw their
Muck Shoes in the washing machine!!!
The rubber upper can also be
easily repaired with a sealant found in most local hardware stores. We
recommend using Goop brand marine sealant.
